<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive adhesive sheet having an anisotropy by arranging conductive fine particles regularly and in a high density (so that the distance between adjacent conductive fine particles becomes≤20μm) in the surface of the sheet. <P>SOLUTION: This conductive sheet is constituted with a core film 1 arranged at the center in thickness direction, adhesive layers 2, 3 arranged on both sides of the core film 1, and spherical conductive fine particles 4.
