<p>An energy saving and water saving steam box (10) at least includes a steam box body (11), a steam return device (16) and a steam emission base (13) on which are arranged a steam nozzle (14) and a venturi effect leading device (15). The steam enters the steam box body (11) through the steam nozzle (14) on the steam emission base (13), and because of the convection effect, the steam goes up from the bottom of the steam box body (11) and cooks foods. The steam discharged from the top of the steam box body (11) because of the convection effect enters said steam return device (16). The steam in the steam return device (16) is cooled and goes down, and is introduced into said steam emission base (13). In the venturi effect leading device (15), using the venturi effect created at the time of the steam emitted from the steam nozzle (14) passing acceleratedly the venturi, the return steam (12) is inducted into the bottom of the steam box body (11) and mixed into another convection circulation.</p> |
