An eccentricity rotating device of rotational plate is provided to allow a user to use the device for various objects and to improve durability and connecting force between elements. An eccentricity rotating device of rotational plate comprises a worktable(10) having a center though hole(11) and an extension tube body(12), an axis housing(20) in which the bottom part is connected to the rotary motor(22) and the top end portion is combined with a regular rotation board(21), an eccentric rotation gear(30) including a gear teeth in the extension tube body outer circumference of the center though hole, an eccentric driving gear(41) rotating according to the outer circumference of the eccentric rotation gear, a drive motor(40) having a motor shaft(42), a bearing rotator(50) including a bearing(51) in the inner circumference and an eccentric rotation supporter(60) supporting the drive motor. |
