PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stock paper requiring counterfeit-prevention such as paper money and various documents, a method for producing the same, and an apparatus for the same, and further, in a papermaking machine, to provide multi-layer paper having double-sided window-opening parts, obtained by removing an upper layer and lower layer of the part of the multi-layered combined paper having three or more layers of an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer, for forming the windows to expose the middle layer, and a method for producing the same, and an apparatus for the same. SOLUTION: This multilayer paper having the double-sided windows has a trigger mark provided in the middle layer in advance, the trigger mark is read by a sensor, and the paper material of the lower layer and upper layer is removed based on the position of the read trigger mark to form the windows for exposing the middle layer.
