PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to access a semiconductor device having a plurality of device functions as a plurality of devices from the outside. SOLUTION: This semiconductor device 1 includes: a register 100 having a plurality of addresses each allocated with an address value of n bits (n is a natural number≥2); a mask instruction register MREG storing a mask value making upper m bits (m is a natural number of m<n) of the address value of the n bits invalid bits; and an address control part 120 outputting a second address value ADM wherein the upper m bits are masked based on the mask value to a first address value AD that is the address value of the n bits input from the outside.
