PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a louver fin, by which apparatus and method a bend can be easily suppressed by a novel technique. SOLUTION: A pair of cutting and erecting blades 34, 35 to be used to form one louver 14, 15 is configured such that the overlap hc of end forming portions 34E, 35E corresponding to the end portions 14E, 15E of the louver 14, 15 is larger than the overlap ha of general forming portions 34J, 35J corresponding to the general portions 14J, 15J of the louver 14, 15.
