A structure for spaying water is provided to spray water moved according to inner pipe into various directions by forming cutout part in outer pipe. A structure(100) for spaying water comprises an inner pipe(110), a first outer pipe(121), and a second outer pipe(122). Water is moved inside the inner pipe. The first outer pipe is positioned in an outer side of the inner pipe in order to protect the inner pipe. A plurality of cutout parts(123) is formed in the second outer pipe, and ejects the water moved according to the inner pipe. The second outer pipe is coupled in an end part of one side of the first outer pipe. An inner circumference of the second outer pipe is bent.
