The apparatus (1) has rubber bands (7a, 7b, 8a, 8b) with ends connected to handles (9a, 9b), where other ends of the bands are hooked to a tonify device (2) by rings or hooks (8). The device is applied on the back of a patient and allows the muscular training apparatus to tonify deep muscles of vertebral column. The device has a neckline adopting the shape of back of the patient and made of flexible material. A strap (21) is connected to the neckline.
