PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measuring technique allowing multi-measurement without depending on a flowmeter, and to continuously measure a flow rate by covering a trouble to be generated easily in the flowmeter, in addition thereto. SOLUTION: This flow measuring system is provided with: a plurality of ultrasonic transceivers TX1, TX2, TX3, TX4; a multiplexer device connected to the ultrasonic transceivers TX1, TX2, TX3, TX4, and for receiving reception signals from the respective ultrasonic transceivers TX1, TX2, TX3, TX4; an ultrasonic flowmeter for calculating the flow rate or a flow velocity, by receiving and analyzing the reception signals received by the multiplexer device; and a controller for transmitting an operation command signal to the multiplexer device. The multiplexer device controls an oscillation in each of the ultrasonic transceivers TX1, TX2, TX3, TX4, based on the operation command signal from the controller.
