<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving picture distribution system that is suitable for moving picture distribution service capable of freely editing a moving picture created by others and newly registering it as a moving picture to be distributed personally, and can manage and edit moving picture data. <P>SOLUTION: Editing processing to registered moving picture data is performed based on a user's instruction, and a file for composite processing generated by editing processing is stored by a generation information storage means for each user.
