An installation structure of an outer casing for the tube well development is provided to prevent an outer casing from tilting by fixing an outer casing to the center of a hole, thereby to make precise construction possible. An installation structure of an outer casing for the tube well development comprises a sheathing casing(10) installed to the outer circumference of a footing excavation hole(60), an outer casing(20) installed to the inner center of the sheathing casing and the footing excavation hole, attached with a spacer member(21) at the outer circumference and formed to make the end of the spacer member adhere closely to the sheathing casing and the inner circumference of the footing excavation hole, and a center excavation ring(30) provided with a rod insertion hole to insert a rod at the center, attached with many wings on the outer circumference to be adhered closely to the inner circumference of the outer casing and guiding the traveling direction of the rod inserted into the inside of the outer casing.
