METHOD, GATEWAY AND BASE STATION FOR PROVIDING DYNAMIC QOS IN LOCAL NETWORKS

PURPOSE: A dynamic QoS(Quality of Service) providing method of a local network, a gateway, a base station, and a terminal thereof are provided to allow the terminal to dynamically receive QoS by receiving a service through the local network connected to a macro network. CONSTITUTION: A transmission and reception unit(610) receives a QoS policy from a QoS management device of a macro network. The transmission and reception unit transmits a bearer start request message to a mobility management device through a serving gateway. The transmission and reception unit receives a bearer start response message transmitted from the mobility management device through the serving gateway. A control unit(620) sets up a local base station and a bearer session. The control unit uses a local address of the local base station received from initial connection between the local base station and a bearer session.
