A coupling structure between a main body and a shaft is provided to realize one-touch type separation or coupling between the main body and the shaft via a rotation nut by fastening by slight force. A main body(10) has a coupling part(11) formed at an upper part with an internal space(12) to be coupled with a shaft(30) in predetermined diameter and length. The coupling part is formed with a tread(13) outside and has an elastic protrusion(15) formed by partial cutting at a lower part to be spread outward. The shaft to be inserted into the internal space has a groove(31) at a position corresponding to the elastic protrusion, wherein a rotation nut(20) is fastened on the thread so that the elastic protrusion is coupled in the groove of the shaft.
