An ejecting apparatus for small device including heating part, foaming part, cohesive part, and static electricity restraint part, and ejecting method using the same are provided to prevent loss and discard of small device due to time and process delay by reducing non-ejecting small device due to static electricity. An ejecting apparatus(100) for small device comprises a heating part(130), a foaming part(111), a cohesive part(112), and a static electricity restraint part(140). The foaming part includes a foaming cell expanded by the heating part. A small device is adhered to the cohesive part which is separated from the small device by reducing cohesive area if the foaming cell is expanded. The static electricity restraint part supplies a static electricity restrainer to a surface of the cohesive part.
