摘要 |
PURPOSE:To enlarge the range of thickness of a board possible to be sheared by a rolling cut shear by reducing a shearing load produced during a shearing without changing the size of said shear itself. CONSTITUTION:Reduction of a shearing load may be realized through enlargement of an angle of shearing and a phase difference (beta) between crank angles theta1 and theta2 of crankshafts 1 and 2 may be reduced as a method of said enlargement. A shearing load can be reduced by making changeable the phase difference (beta) between angles theta1 and theta2 of two cranks 1 and 2 for driving an upper blade knife 5 of a rolling cut shear so that the former half in one cut cycle of a steel plate is large and the latter half small. |
