PURPOSE:To prevent a wiring layer material from flowing out onto an electric element layer due to an electric current or heat, by a method wherein after providing an electric circuit, oxidized layers are provided on surfaces of a minute electric element layer and a wiring layer for passing an electric current to the electric element layer. CONSTITUTION:After providing electric elements and a wiring, the oxidized layers 8, 9 are provided respectively on the surfaces of the wiring layer 2 and the electric element layer 4 by, for example, heating in an oxidizing atmosphere, and then a protective layer 15 is provided thereon. The oxidized layer 8 provided on the wiring layer 2 prevents the wiring layer material from flowing out onto the electric element layer 4. In a conventional case where the oxidized layer is not provided, passage of an electric current leads to a change in electrical characteristics. On the other hand, with the oxidized layer 9 covering the surface of the electric element layer 4, even when the wiring layer material flows out, it flows on the oxidized layer 9, so that electrical characteristics are not changed when the oxidized layer 9 is constituted of an insulating material. |
