PURPOSE:To extinguish the electric arc or fire at the time of a power shutoff by released fluid by adding a function of releasing the inside operating fluid on top of the heat transmission. CONSTITUTION:An orifice 20 which communicates the interior of a container body 12 to round hole 18 is provided in the front side of the container body 12. A valve 26 is formed in the bottom of the round hole 18 with a valve seat 22 and a valve body 24 to close the orifice 20. When the front end is heated, the operating fluid 34 is gasified, and the gasified operating fluid 34 flows to a condensing section to transmit the heat. If the heating temperature at the front end of the container body 12 becomes high enough for the inside steam pressure to overcome the spring force of a spring 26, the valve 28 is opened to allow the high pressure operating fluid 34 to blow out in the forward direction through the orifice 20 and an orifice 30. |
