BASE MATERIAL FOR CELL CULTURE

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the title economical base material, easy to handle and having outstanding effects on cell growth and proliferation by immobilizing biomimetic molecules on the surface of an inorganic material surface-treated with a silane-based surface-treating agent. CONSTITUTION:The objective-base material can be obtained by immobilizing biomimetic molecules (e.g. insulin) on the surface of an inorganic material surface-treated with a silane-based surface-treating agent. It is suggested that said treating agent be e.g. gamma-aminopropyl triethoxysilane and the inorganic material e.g. glass.
