<p>The present invention provides an improved magnetic recording medium comprising a non-magnetic support with at least one magnetic layer comprising a magnetizable pigment dispersed in a binder composition. The binder composition of the present invention comprises a block copolymer, having a hard segment, with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of greater than about 70°C, and a soft segment, having a Tg of less than about -30°C. The binder composition of the present invention has relatively stable physical properties over a range of temperatures, preferably at least 50°C and more preferably at least 100°C.</p> |
