PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve wiping performance in a washer device having a washer nozzle installed below an engine hood. SOLUTION: In the washer device, a wiper arm 11 is located on a trajectory of washing fluid injection when the wiper device is not operated. Thus, when the washing fluid is injected in this condition, the washing fluid directed to the wiper arm 11 is introduced into an introducing opening in the wiper arm 11 to be once held. Then, when the wiper device 6 is operated, the washing fluid is drawn out of the introducing opening in the wiper arm 11 to be applied onto a window glass. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
