PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distilled spirit lees treatment method and a distilled spirit lees treatment device capable of efficiently collecting the steam by burning distilled spirit lees concentrated liquid substantially without depending on fossil fuel. SOLUTION: The distilled spirit lees concentrated liquid produced by concentrating a liquid side after solid-liquid separation of distilled spirit lees, is injected to a combustion furnace 50 from a burner injection device 51 disposed toward the combustion furnace 50, to be burned, and the steam is collected by utilizing its combustion heat. The distilled spirit lees concentrated liquid is injected from the burner injection device 51 preferably after lowering its viscosity to a degree to be injected from the burner injection device 51 by adding biomass-derived oil.
