A disc brake of vehicles is provided to change length of a chamfer by changing the shape of a sealing member installed at the chamfer of a cylinder groove. A disc brake of vehicles comprises a caliper housing, a piston, a caliper carrier, a back plate, and brake pads. The piston moves straight in a wheel cylinder(110) of the caliper housing. The caliper housing is installed in the front of the caliper housing. The back plate is fixed to the caliper carrier. The brake pads are attached to the back plate and press both sides of a disk to generate friction between the disk and the brake pad. A cylinder groove(111) with a chamfer(111a) is formed at the wheel cylinder. A sealing member, a rubber seal, is fixed in the cylinder groove. A high expansion rubber(170), which is installed at the chamfer of the cylinder groove, is extended and contracted by hydraulic pressure, thereby shortening length of the chamfer or returning the length to an original one.
