PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply protector with a filter which reduces mixing of noises, concerning the power supply protector with the filter, wherein the protector includes a protective circuit which is provided between commercial power source and a load, and discharges a surge current entering a commercial power source to the ground, and a filter circuit which removes the noises bidirectionally between the commercial power source and the load. SOLUTION: The power supply protector with the filter includes the protective circuit which is provided between the commercial power source and the load, and discharges the surge current entering the commercial power source to the ground, and the filter circuit which removes the noises bidirectionally between the commercial power source and the load, wherein the filter circuit is electrically intercepted from the ground.
