A method of producing bread by mixing pine needles and walnut kernel as a main ingredient is provided to give the efficacy of pine needle and walnut and the nutty taste of walnut kernel to bread and to help improve digestion. Pine needle extract and walnut kernel are kneaded with soft wheat flour, butter, brown sugar, oligosaccharide, eggs and baking powder and then baked in an oven to obtain bread. |
