PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet causing no environmental problem at the time of incineration, not affected by the hue of a base material, capable of developing a pattern of high design properties, excellent in the adhesiveness with the base material and the adhesion with a printing layer and also excellent in anti-staining properties when used, and a polyester film therefor. SOLUTION: The polyester film is used in the film layer of the decorative sheet constituted by successively arranging at least the film layer and a pattern printing layer on the surface of the base material and characterized in that its transmission concentration is 0.1-5.0 and its surface resistivity is 1×10<SP>6</SP>-1×10<SP>12</SP>Ω/SQUARE.
