An apparatus and a method for manufacturing an ultra-precision electroformed article with a relatively thick thickness, and an electroformed article manufactured by the same are provided. An electroforming apparatus comprises: a conductor having ventholes formed in various desired shapes on the surface thereof; an electric current supply unit for supplying an electric current to the conductor; an electrolytic bath in which an electrolytic solution is filled; and a gas injection unit for injecting a gas into one side portion of the conductor through the ventholes. The vent holes are used to manufacture an electroformed article(4) by performing the processes of: manufacturing a base master comprising a basic electrode base(1) that is a conductor, and a base insulating part(2) formed on the basic electrode base as a nonconductor in such a manner that the base insulating part has a larger size than a target width(b); performing electroforming of the base master to form a precipitated metal layer(3) on a surface of the basic electrode base; horizontally growing the precipitated metal layer to gradually reduce an exposed upper surface of the base insulating part; and immediately stopping electroforming when an exposed surface width of the base insulating part is reduced to the target width.
