<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store vehicle information in an inexpensive storage medium which does not require complicated access control, has a general storage region, and is owned by an individual, and prevent falsification of the vehicle information by the individual while preventing an information leakage to other person. <P>SOLUTION: This new control device is a control device used in a system for receiving service differently charged depending on use information, and is provided with a control device memory 124 for collecting, accumulating, and storing the use information from a start of operation to a completion of the operation of the control device 121, and a control device control part 123 which creates information for verification on the basis of a predetermined code for verification and the use information accumulated and stored in the control device memory in receiving a transmission request of the use information from an authority owner device of an authority owner who has an access authority, stores as a code for next verification in the control device memory, transmits the use information to the authority owner device, and deletes the accumulated and stored use information from the control device memory upon the transmission. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
