PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer press machine which is capable of correctly and rapidly performing the interference check and easily handled. SOLUTION: The transfer press machine is provided with an interference check device including: a data component storage means capable of storing both the press side data components and the transfer side data components in the three-dimensional shape data in a developed state with the same relative positional relationship in an imaginary space as that in the real space; an imaginary press operation control means to perform the imaginary press operation of the press side data components according to the press motion in the imaginary space; an imaginary transfer operation control means to perform the imaginary transfer operation of the transfer side data components according to the transfer motion in the imaginary space; an imaginary synchronization timing information generation and output means to generate and output imaginary synchronization timing information; and an imaginary interference generation presence/absence determination means to determine generation of interference between press side data components during the imaginary transfer press cycle and the transfer side data components.
