The kitchen furniture (10) has a hob, which is operated with electricity and a floor cupboard (11) which is equipped with a thrust box (15). Cable (14) wires are also provided and the thrust box is arranged underneath the hob. The cable chamber is formed in between the hob and the upper edges of the thrust box. An intermediate bottom is arranged at a distance to the hob.
