A position safety type protective tube of an underground cable for power distribution is provided to optimize a concrete structure and prevent a lifespan of an under cable from being shortened by a water leakage of a concrete structure. A concrete structure is buried under the ground. A rotation axis(100) is installed inside the concrete structure, and is arranged on an upper part of the concrete structure. A guide member(200) has rack of an arc shape, and is arranged on a lower part of the concrete structure. A shelf(300) has an upper connection unit, a pinion, a lower connection unit, and a supporting plate. A driving motor(400) is installed on the shelf, and drives the pinion. A first solenoid(500) has a first plunger of a stopper function, and is fixed on a left front end of the guide member. The first solenoid selectively supports a hooking protrusion so that the shelf maintains a rotated state at a predetermined angle. A second solenoid has a second plunger of a stopper function and is fixed on a right front end of the guide member. The second solenoid selectively supports the hooking protrusion so that the shelf maintains a rotated state at a predetermined angle. A control unit receives a control signal from a first input unit and a second input unit, and controls the driving motor, the first solenoid and the second solenoid. The first input unit is installed on an inner wall plane of a right side of the concrete structure, and outputs an operation signal of the driving motor to the control unit. The second input unit is installed on an inner wall plane of a left side of the concrete structure, and outputs an operation signal of the driving motor to the control unit. |
