摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method of forming solar cell collector electrode, capable of forming finger electrodes and bus bar electrodes in accordance with electrode patterns 12, 13 of a concave portion formed on a plate. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell collector electrode forming apparatus forms a plurality of finger electrodes for collecting light generating carriers and bus bar electrodes for collecting the light generation carriers collected by the finger electrodes on a light incident surface of a photoelectric conversion section for generating light generating carriers using incidence of light. The apparatus has a plate having a concave portion formed on the electrode patterns 12, 13 of the finger electrodes and the bus bar electrodes; a doctor blade moving over the surface of the plate to embed the conductive material into the concave portion; and a transfer means for transferring the conductive material embedded in the concave portion to the light incident surface of the photoelectric conversion section.
