PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve crime prevention effect after an automatic door is unlocked, by detecting unwanted people who enters along with a visitor into a residential space of a collective housing, and then outputting an alarm signal. SOLUTION: The collective housing intercom system includes a collective front door unit 1 which is installed closer to the front door side than an automatic door 5 of a collective housing, a room master unit 3 which is installed in a room closer to a living room side than the automatic door 5, and a control unit 2 for controlling the automatic door 5, the collective front door unit 1, and the room master unit 3. The room master unit 3 is equipped with an unlocking button 38 for unlocking the automatic door 5, and the collective front door unit 1 is equipped with a numeric keypad 13 for inputting the number of persons who enter the room through the automatic door 5. A human sensor 6 detects the actual number of persons who have passed through the automatic door 5, and the control unit 2 issues an alarm signal if the number of detected persons exceeds an input number.
