PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply a small flow rate of fluid in a diaphragm pump. SOLUTION: A first worm wheel 11 having a second worm 13 integrally formed and rotatably supported by a shaft 12 is meshed with a first worm 10 journaled to an output shaft 9 of a motor 8. A second worm wheel 15 meshed with the second worm 13 is rotatably supported by a gear housing 3 through a shaft 14, and a crankshaft 17 is protrusively provided integrally in a position eccentric by only a distanceΔfrom the shaft 14. The lower end of a diaphragm 21 forming a pump chamber 20 of a diaphragm 19 is connected to the other end of a connector 18 having an end journaled to the crankshaft 17.
