PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing head capable of suppressing a variation in striking force related to each of a plurality of print wires. SOLUTION: The printing head (1) is equipped with the print wire (11), a lever (21), and a lever fixing spring (81) which forces the rear end of the lever (21) to a lever guide (35) to fix the lever to the guide. Among them, the lever fixing spring has an elliptic body (811) having an approximately an elliptic contour shape in a plane view and a plurality of arms (815) which project from an outer edge having a contour shape and comes into contact with the rear end of the lever. Each of magnitudes of the elastic forces given by each of a plurality of the arms is determined so as to fall within a definite range. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
