PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic atomizer which is equipped with a container part (31) for storing an atomization solution, a nozzle part (32) connected with the container part (31) and an electrostatic atomization mechanism designed for atomizing the atomization solution from the nozzle part (32) by applying voltage, and can keep the atomization volume of the solution as specified despite the change in the volume of the solution and the inclination of the atomizer. SOLUTION: In this electrostatic atomizer, the container part (31) is formed of a pliable bag-like closed container and combined with the nozzle part (32) in a piece or discretely as individual components. In addition, a pressing mechanism, which presses the bag-like container part (31) by a load which imparts a larger pressure than the maximum pressure head difference determined by the shape of the container part (31) and supplies the atomization solution to the nozzle part (32), and a resistor (34) which regulates the leaching of the solution from the nozzle part (32) per unit time to the level below the specified amount, are arranged.
