FIELD: technological processes, mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for cutting of tire casing with metal cord is arranged in the form of metal roller with groove on its cylindrical surface and disk metal knife. Thickness of knife is more than the width of groove in metal wheel. Conical surfaces of knife blade that form cutting edge contact with external edges of the groove. Internal side surfaces of the groove are arranged as conical. In section of device with the plane, in which rotational axes of knife and roller are located and that passes through zones of contact of conical surfaces of knife and roller, generatrices of conical surfaces of knife blade are installed at the angle close in value to the angle between generatrices of internal side conical surfaces of the groove and cylindrical surface of roller. ^ EFFECT: increase of efficiency and stability of cutting, reduction of device dimensions and probability of tire casing noncutting. ^ 3 dwg |
