摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a decrease in power recovery efficiency and to achieve high-frequency driving when a capacitive load such as a wiring electrode etc., of a display device is driven. SOLUTION: A capacitive load driving device includes a pair of recovery capacitors (CR1, CR2) which accumulate electric power recovered from capacitive loads (CL1 to CLN) and supply the accumulated electric power to a capacitive load, an intermediate capacitor (CI) which temporarily accumulates electric power recovered from the capacitive load through a transformer (T1), and a control unit 150 which selects paths for supply and recovery of electric power to and from the capacitive load. The control unit supplies the electric power directly from the recovery capacitor to the capacitive load when supplying the electric power and makes the recovery capacitors recover the electric power through the intermediate capacitor when recovering the electric power, the pair of recovery capacitors being made to operate alternately.
