<p>[PROBLEMS] To provide a device whereby apnea during sleeping or airway blocking during sleeping can be prevented or the airway can be kept open in a clinical practice and, furthermore, blood perfusion from the brain to the heart can be sustained. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A tailored device having a sloping part (2) which has a sloping face for supporting the body and a head-supporting part (3) for supporting the head which is connected to the above-described sloping part (2), wherein the above-described sloping part (2) has a bottom part fitting for the fourth to sixth lumber spines of a user lying supine with the part from the axis to the atlas as the uppermost position, the above-described head-supporting part (3) has such a downward slope as making the user's head back-bending and the lower jaw upward, and the lowest position (5) in the head-contact part of the above-described head-supporting part (3) is located at the same level or higher than the center of the heart of the user lying supine.</p> |
