A garbage bag container and a trash basket using the same are provided to prevent the garbage bag from being torn down even though the trash basket is full, so contain the more garbage. A garbage bag container(10) comprises the container(11) having the opening(111) on the upper part thereof in order to be input and output; the cut-out part formed on the container; the connecting member(12) capable of binding the cut-out part; the frame formed at the upper part thereof in order to maintain the shape of the opening. The frame includes the fixing member. The fixing member is the protruding member combined with the frame. The connecting member is a zipper. |
