The invention relates to a process and a composition for neutralizing malodorous molecules generated by industrial and agricultural materials stored in various places. The neutralizing process according to the invention is characterized in that it consists in spraying, over said materials, a composition comprising a) biopolymers that make it possible to form a primary matrix having film-forming properties that constitutes the basis of a mechanical barrier, covering the malodorous molecules, which is partially gas permeable, and that is intended for slowing down the diffusion of said molecules; b) an odour neutralizer intended to neutralize the malodorous molecules as they pass, in a controlled manner, through the film thus formed. |
