PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube container of a multiple-chamber separation type comprising an outer tube and an inner tube and having a structure for preventing a cap from rotating and for centering. SOLUTION: A mouth of the cap is divided into a plurality of sections by partitioning pieces. A neck of the inner tube has an outer peripheral cross-sectional shape aligning with an inner peripheral cross-sectional shape of one section of the mouth. The neck of the inner tube is inserted into and locked with one section of the mouth of the cap. The neck of the inner tube is positioned and fixed to a neck of the outer tube. A cap rotation preventive knurl comprising a plurality of ribs provided circumferentially around an outer peripheral surface of the outer tube at a predetermined position of the neck is further provided. The cap includes a centering rib for positioning and fixing the outer tube on an attachment for mounting the outer tube and a protruding rib capable of engaging with the knurl, and has a cap rotation preventive means for causing the outer tube to be positioned and fixed and also causing the knurl and the centering rib or the protruding rib to be engaged with each other.
