The system has a pressure sensor for sensing movement of a trailer towing vehicle. The pressure sensor provides a response signal to a hydraulic circuit, and a controllable hydraulic wheel interacts with a hydraulic control unit (12). A pre stressing unit (35) of a stock holder (22) and a central filler hole (38) of the hydraulic circuit are mounted on a pumping span (21) for storing pressurized hydraulic fluid, where the pump is controlled by pressure in the pressure sensor. An independent claim is also included for a trailer comprising a chassis.
