摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize materials of a cap layer and ink forms for IJ by every required performance of a gate electrode part and a gate terminal part of gate wiring. SOLUTION: Silver ink (IJ-Ag) for ink jet is used for a main metal layer LMM of a gate electrode part GT and organic nickel ink (IJ-Ni) is used for the cap layer LCP1. The silver ink (IJ-Ag) which is the same as that of a the main metal layer LMM of the gate electrode part GT is used for a main metal layer LMM of the gate terminal part GTM and ITO ink (IJ-ITO) is used for a cap layer LCP2.
