PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly cause a terminal device to which a sub-channel is assignable from a plurality of base stations, to execute an instruction of time alignment. SOLUTION: An RF (Radio Frequency) unit 50 and a modulation and demodulation unit 52 in which time slots are formed by frequency multiplexing of a plurality of sub-channels, and respectively communicates with a plurality of base stations by assigning a different sub-channel included in a time slot from a plurality of base stations. A radio control unit 56 receives instruction of time alignment from respective stations of a plurality of base stations to which the RF unit 50 and the modulation and demodulation unit 52 communicates. The radio control unit 56 decides transmission timing based on the instruction of the plurality of the received time alignment, indicates transmission by the decided transmission timing to the RF unit 50 and the modulation and demodulation unit 52.
