PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining releasing apparatus capable of safely, rapidly and efficiently performing a releasing operation of a lining material in a place which an operator can not approach or in a place where the operation by the operator is restricted in a short time without being based on a human power and without destroying, breaking and deforming a substrate. SOLUTION: The lining releasing apparatus 1 for releasing the lining material R covered on the upper face of the substrate B from the substrate B, is provided with a running vehicle 10 running on the upper face of the substrate B, a high-frequency heating coil 20 which is carried on the running vehicle 10 and performs high-frequency heating on a definite region of the substrate B by oppositely arranging on the upper face of the substrate B, and a scraper 30 which is carried on the running vehicle 10 and enters between the substrate B induction-heated by the high-frequency heating coil 20 and the lining material R becoming easily releasable by heat from the substrate B to release the lining material R.
