A method for disposing waste environmentally friendly and producing clean synthetic gas is provided to remove harmful components by thermally decomposing the harmful components before burning the waste and to suppress process equipment from being corroded by harmful components and dioxins/furan from being generated. A method for disposing waste environmentally friendly and producing clean synthetic gas comprises: a step of providing waste which contains harmful components; a step of producing the first gas-phase oil and the first pyrolysis residual by introducing the waste to the first pyrolysis part, remaining the waste for 10 minutes or more at 300~500°C and heat-decomposing the waste; a step of producing the second gas-phase oil and the second pyrolysis residual by introducing the first pyrolysis residual to the second pyrolysis part and heat-decomposing it at 500~800°C; a step of producing a partial oxidation gas-phase oil and a partial oxidation residue by introducing the second pyrolysis residual to a partial oxidation part, oxidizing partially and supplying 20~60% of a necessary amount of oxygen for a complete combustion; and a step of producing an exhaust gas and a combustion residue by introducing the partial oxidation residue to an oxidation part and burning up it. |
