Method for correction of energy exchange in liver tissue under conditions of intoxication with rifampicyne through investigation of liver tissue. One determines activity of succinatedehydrogenase (SDG), melatdehydrogenase (MDG), NAD-N dehydrogenase, cytoplasmatic alpha-glicerofosfatdehydrigenase (c.alpha-GF DG), laclatdehydrogenase (LDG), glucose-6-phosphatdehydrogenase (G-6-F DG) of pentose cucle, and NADF-N-DG as indicator of activity of all the NADF-N generating system of dehydrogenases. Results obtained are compared to control and at normalization of indicators one evaluates effectiveness of correlation. |
