A method for synthesizing Fe-Pt nano particles having an ordered phase by using an ultrasonic vapor synthesizing process is provided to obtain nano-sized particles by adjusting a size of a liquid droplet. A method for synthesizing Fe-Pt nano particles comprises the steps of generating fine liquid droplets by dissolving a precursor containing Fe and a precursor containing Pt in a solvent and atomizing the mixture using ultrasonic waves(S1), inputting the fine liquid droplets into a reactor to dissolve, synthesize and phase-transit the fine liquid droplets(S2), and retrieving Fe-Pt nano particles having an ordered phase by condensing the Fe-Pt nano particles(S3). The precursor containing Fe is Fe(C5H7O2)3, and the precursor containing Pt is Pt(C5H7O2)2.
