<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser device loaded with a semiconductor laser element excellent in responsiveness. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor laser device comprises a base 1 composed of a conductive material, a flexible wiring board 2 abutted to the base 1 and disposed in the state of being bent along the upper surface 1a and both side faces 1b of the base 1 and the semiconductor laser element 5 loaded on the base 1, and the flexible wiring board 2 is electrically insulated from the base 1 by an insulating layer 2b formed on the surface of the board 2. Either one of the anode and cathode of the semiconductor laser element 5 is connected to the wiring pattern 2c of the flexible wiring board 2 abutted to the upper surface 1a of the base 1, and the wiring pattern 2c is electrically connected to the base 1 through an opening 7 provided on the part to be abutted to the base 1 of the insulating layer 2b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
