PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition excellent in the moldability by injection molding or the like and capable of forming a molding having a sufficient hardness and a sufficient rubber elasticity, to provide a molding or foamed molding comprising the thermoplastic elastomer composition, and to provide a composite material prepared by joining a molding or foamed molding comprising the thermoplastic elastomer composition with a molding or foamed molding made from a known vulcanized rubber or a thermoplastic elstomer. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition (I) of the present invention is compounded from 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic elastomer (A) and 5-40 pts.wt. ethylene/propylene/nonconjugated polyene random copolymer rubber (B) comprising 55-95 mol% ethylene units, 5-45 mol% propylene units, and 0-10 mol% nonconjugated polyene units and having an MFR of 1 or smaller (at 230°C under a load of 2.16 kg).
